来自传感器的信号使用继电器开关或微处理器（基于控制箱的类型）进行调理，以便根据操作要求提供一个或多个输出。甚至可以使用跳线或选择器配置单个输出，从而定义类型（PNP或NPN），机器人夹具快速切换器，以及常开（NO）或常闭（NC）操作模式。传感器盒由框架、夹具和端子板组成，使传感器和输出的安装和接线简单方便。此外，采用的可复位熔断器保护整个电子设备避免短路。所有接线盒都有LED警示灯，通过透明塑料容器可见，便于排除故障和查看输入/输出状态。接线盒配有PG9电缆密封套（具体取决于型号），可确保集成的电子电路板（SBxC、SB6B、SBF）的IP65防护等级，而非模块化结构（SBM）。这使得可以尽可能地限制尺寸，并且将盒子直接固定至通常构成夹持器框架的铝型材上。

夹具订制

AGG可在机械手和模具间提供精i准的中心。

注塑模具内金属嵌件安放时尤其要注意这一点。

夹具AGG...B 安装在EOAT上，钢管 AGG...C 安装在模具上。

一旦机械手向模具靠近，夹具在压力的作用下逐步向钢管靠近，牡丹江快速切换器，

并与之接触。

AGG21-B 和 AGG30-B 采用的是双动作安全弹簧，确保在压缩空

气 (NC)缺失时设备的正常运行。

AGG19-B 采用的是单动作复位弹簧(NO)。

Gripper for engagement

The AGG is used to provide a precise centering between the robot

and the mould.

This necessary when metal inserts must be p1aced in the

mould，手动快速切换器， before the p1astic injection.

The gripper AGG…-B is fitted on the EOAT， while the steel bushing

AGG…-C is fitted on the mould.

Once the robot has approached the mould， the gripper is

pressurized， thus it closes and engages the bushing.

AGG21-B and AGG30-B are double-acting with a safety spring to

keep the gripper engaged even without compressed air (NC).

AGG19-B is single-acting with reset spring (NO).

SBMS/SBMS-E - 从模块

每个单独的从模块均可以连接单个传感器。它由内部总线连接（由主模块提供）供电，并触发两个固态继电器的换向：基于传感器输出的常开触点和常闭触点。两个选择器可用于配置传感器信号输出（PNP/2线或NPN）和逻辑（正向或反向）。该模块还有两个用于诊断的LED指示灯。

Each individual slave module enables the connection of a singlesensor.

It is powered from the internal bus connection (provided by themaster module) and triggers the commutation of two solid staterelays: a NO contact and a NC contact based on sensor output.

Two selectors are available to conffgure sensor signal output(PNP/2 wires or NPN) and logic (direct or reverse).The module also has two LED indicators for diagnostics.
